正常使用的telegram账号被封，目前有4种办法申请解封，主要以下4种：

  • Through the Telegram App:

    3. When prompted that the number is banned, select "Help."
    4. An automated email will be generated. Do not delete anything from the message, and do not add files or screenshots unless specifically requested. Just send it.
